It states heart disease, depression, stroke, and sleep trouble can all start with high stress levels. Anything from a heavy workload to worrying about your job security can have you wound tighter than a two dollar watch. One in four workers believe they work in a stressful environment. Listed in the top ten most stressful jobs include commercial pilot, public relations officer, and senior corporate executive. This infographic isn't complete gloom and doom. It also list ways to improve your work environment, ending the feeling of impending death when you cross the threshold of the workplace.
