Furrrocious Forms

Posted: 10 Apr 2012 04:25 PM PDT

Students at UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design created a Tumblr blog titled 'furrrocious-forms' of cats and architecture. If you've ever wondered why exactly the Tower of Pisa is leaning, it's because cats use it as a scratching post and made it unbalanced by playing with it to much. This hilarious blog only further proves that cats will forever be the kings of internet memes.

Why the Buffett Rule Matters

The White House Your Daily Snapshot for

Why the Buffett Rule Matters

Nearly one-quarter of all millionaires (about 55,000 taxpayers) pay a lower tax rate than millions of middle income taxpayers. Warren Buffett has famously said that he pays a lower tax rate than his secretary, and he agrees that isn't fair.

To reform our tax system, which is currently tilted in favor of very high-income households, President Obama has proposed a basic principle of tax fairness called the Buffett Rule.

Check out a chart that explains why the Buffett Rule matters.

Watch the President speak about the Buffett Rule at 2:55 p.m. EDT.
