| Chanel Tapper – World's Longest Tongue (Guinness World Records) Posted: 20 Nov 2012 02:19 PM PST Chanel Tapper, 21, from California, has broken the record for the world's longest tongue, measuring in at 9.75cm. That means her lizard-like tongue is twice as long as the average and around the same length as an iPhone. In September Guinness invited Chanel to Los Angeles where they measured her tongue and she narrowly beat two other female contenders to the record. | Facebook Psychology: Is Addiction Affecting Our Minds? [Infographic] Posted: 20 Nov 2012 10:12 AM PST Are you addicted to the internet? You could be if you if have a preoccupation with the internet or internet gaming for more than 38 hours a week, withdraw symptoms when the internet is not available, loss of other interests, and unsuccessful attempts to control use. Some people think that internet addiction (IAD) is not a real issue, but in China, Taiwan, and Korea as much as 30% of teens are considered internet addicted. IAD is being treated as "a grave national health crisis" and researchers in Taiwan linked ADHD and hostility to internet addiction in children.
