Mark Zuckerberg's Private Facebook Photos Leaked

Posted: 08 Dec 2011 05:52 PM PST

A security glitch in Facebook allowed users to watch Zuckerberg's private pictures, including a few with his girlfriend. The methods to exploit the serious security vulnerability, which allowed anyone to see photos on the platform even if their security settings were set to private, was posted online on the Bodybuilding.com web forum.

The images don't mean anything scandalous, just photos that Zuckerberg chose to be private, for his own reasons. Among fourteen images shared with a photo site there were images of Zuckerberg holding what seems to be a dead chicken, Zuckerberg at home with friends, and distributing Halloween candy to kids.

Facebook users could look at private photographs by reporting a profile picture as "Inappropriate"; this allowed them to see other photographs on display, such as those of Zuckerberg, reported the Daily Mail. According to Facebook, which said the bug was temporary and had been fixed, the glitch in the Web site's photo-reporting tool allowed members to access users' pictures irrespective of privacy settings.

Just when you thought Apple's MacBook Air couldn't get any smaller, it has been miniaturized! The downside is that it is no longer a functional computer but a small mirror. This mirror that looks like Apple's MacBook Air is called the MirrorBook Air and is available from this French web store for around $27.

Ford Mustang Body Kits

Posted: 08 Dec 2011 01:30 PM PST

We don't feature an awful lot of pictures of cars or car accessories here, but if you're an overgrown boy the way some of us are, there's probably few things more interesting to you than the body of a souped-up Mustang. For the sake of any non-gearheads, body kits are aftermarket collections of auto body components. Think of them as replacement skins for cars, or perhaps ultra-low-tech, super-slow Transformers that could be crushed without any effort by even the lowliest Decepticon.

Okay, let's get started.

We know white isn't the most exciting color, but remember, you can always paint it a different hue. On the other hand, the first movie appearance of a Mustang was a white convertible with a red interior, so I suppose it's a classic choice. (Don't know the movie right off the top of your head? Consider that a trivia question and we'll get back to you later.) Also the red stripe and the spoiler is very cool. It's not quite the Mach V, but it does have a "Speed Racer" quality to it.

Moving on...

It's easy to dig the silver look. And there's just something very classical and sleek about the convertible styling.

"Show me the sky," indeed. This is a pretty snazzy convertible shell that almost tops the early Mustang classics. Actually, we will admit that it looks much cooler than that white 1964 Mustang which was (we're now answering that earlier trivia question) driven by the vengeance-seeking Tilly Masterson (Tania Mallet).

Though the early entries in the hugely enduring film franchise this is from are infamous for their sexism, Ms. Masterson was not just one of many car accessories. She had no romantic interest in the handsome hero and went toe-to-toe with the world's most famous automobile, the Aston-Martin driven by Sean Connery as James Bond in 1964's "Goldfinger." The movie was released before Mustangs were even widely available. Here's a pic from our favorite Bond flick just for fun.

Tobacco Smokes the World [Infographic]

Smoking is a costly habit. Besides being unhealthy, cigarettes can cost a pack-a-day smoker over $2500 a year, and we could all use that money to pay down debt, take a vacation, or just have some insurance money left in the bank.

It's also shocking to realize that Big Tobacco – the same industry we thought we got rid of years ago – is quietly raking in some serious profits. A lot of these profits are coming from overseas markets, but Big Tobacco is still advertising here at home. After 40 years of decline, the smoking rate in the US has flat-lined for the last five years.

50 Worst Christmas Pictures Ever

Posted: 07 Dec 2011 07:23 PM PST

It's amazing the torture a family will put its members through come holiday time, especially when the memories can't be erased thanks to some fool snapping a picture to document the humiliation for posterity. On the plus side, at least everyone who got one of these pictures in a holiday card got a good laugh (before they called Child Protective Services).
