Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius spent some time explaining how the Affordable Care Act protects women’s access to quality health care.

Under Obamacare, no one can be denied health insurance coverage because of a preexisting health condition, such as breast cancer, pregnancy, or being a victim of domestic violence -- and preventive services including mammograms are now available to women at no additional cost.
